• Files: profile photo and CV (PDF).
• Preferences: cities, fields, seniority, languages, work mode, salary.
• Activities: saved jobs, applications.
• Push notifications (if allowed): Expo push token.
• AI chat (if used): message text and context sent for generating responses.

We do not request ID card or bank card numbers.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

• create and maintain accounts,
• display job listings and recommendations,
• enable job applications and profile viewing,
• send notifications (if enabled),
• improve stability and quality of the application,
• ensure security and prevent misuse.

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing is based on:

• your consent (notifications, uploading CV/photo),
• service execution (account, applications, preferences),
• legitimate interest (system security and preventing misuse).

5. Where data is stored (third parties)

We use third-party services required for the app:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and database.
• Firebase Storage (Google): storing CVs and profile photos.
• Expo: push notifications.
• AI service: messages and context for generating responses.

Data may be processed on servers outside your country.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data.

Data is shared only:

• with services required for the application to work,
• if necessary for security and fraud prevention,
• if required by law.

Employers can see information you share through your profile/application.

7. Data retention

We store data as long as you have an active account or until you request deletion. Certain technical records may be retained briefly for security purposes.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request deletion of account and data,
• withdraw consent (disable notifications in device settings).

9. Account and data deletion

To delete your account:

• use the "Delete account" option in the app,
• or send a request to the privacy email below.

Include your account email for verification.

10. Security

We use security measures (access control, encryption in transport). However, no system is 100% secure.

11. Minors

The application is not intended for children. If you are a minor, use it with parental/guardian consent.

12. Policy changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version and update the effective date.
