2. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in their profiles. The use of false identities, misleading information, or illegal content is prohibited.
3. Company Rights and Obligations
Employers are required to publish truthful and lawful job listings. BalkJob reserves the right to remove listings that violate the law or our internal guidelines.
4. Job Applications
BalkJob is not responsible for the outcome of the hiring process between candidates and employers. The platform serves solely as an intermediary in communication.
5. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to the system, spread spam, viruses, or malicious content, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logo, code, and visual identity of the BalkJob platform are protected by copyright law.
7. Changes to the Terms
BalkJob reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of all significant changes.
8. Termination of Use
BalkJob may temporarily or permanently suspend a user account in case of violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Prohibited content and conduct
BalkJob has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive user behavior. The following are prohibited: harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, sexually explicit or inappropriate content, spam, scams and fake listings. Any user can report content or another user directly in the app (the "Report & block" button in a conversation and on profiles and listings) and can block another user. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours — removing content and/or suspending or deleting accounts that violate these rules. By using the app you agree to these terms.
